consultations.
3. Set out the timescale and identify estimated costs of
gathering information and carrying out consultations.

setting out:
What is proposed?
Why the action is needed
Who will be responsible for taking the action?
When will the action be taken forward?
How the action will be implemented and how much it will
cost?
A list of contacts.
5. The WG must be able to demonstrate that projects it has
identified have the support of the local community and show that they have, where relevant,
discussed projects with other organisations who will be able to assist in carrying out the action.
6. The Chairperson of each WG, together with one other member,
will attend the regular PPSG Meetings.
7. Each WG will be responsible for organising its own meetings
and must provide a summary progress report to every PPSG meeting.
8. Financial expenditure must be approved by the Treasurer.
Authorised receipted expenses for reimbursement should be passed to the Treasurer on a monthly
basis with reasons for the expenditure clearly given. Prior authority for expenditure must
be obtained from the Treasurer.
9 The WG shall complete its consultation process and report in
the timescale agreed by the SG.
