SUB COMMITTEE MEETING
HELD ON WEDNESDAY 19 SEPTEMBER, 2007 AT 7PM.

DECLARATION OF INTEREST: B. Youell, R. Cooper & K. Robbins declared an interest with regard to 23C Lower Street.
OPEN FORUM : P. Gallanders commented that there could be a privacy issue from kitchen window overlooking neighbour n plan for 18 Mill Road. Also her comments were the same as previously for 23C Lower Street.

There was discussion regarding the possibility of the kitchen window facing directly into window of neighbour, but it was unanimously agreed there were No Objections.
P.A.20071164 – 23C Lower Street
For – Amended Plan – Detached Double
Garage.
There were copies of 11 letters sent to BDC by Parishioners objecting to the application. It was noted that there was very little different in the amended plan to the previous plan discussed at the Planning meeting on 29 August, therefore it was unanimously agreed that there was no change to reasons for Objection to the application.
